Poor Quality

Hi I did a purchase at kfc last night and only to realise when I get home, I was one chicken short and the oreo crushes had more ice than ice cream. I'm exstreamley dissapointed with kfc and after me sending an email last night, I still receive no feedback. Can a representitive or senior from kfc urgently contact me inconnection with this issue.
