POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE

<p>Friday 14 July 2017 I drove to Kfc Zevenwacht,passing to other branches because I am use to am use to getting quality kfc at the zevenwacht branch.To my disappointment....The chicken was cold, and not fried to its usual qualtity.when i broke off a piece of the chicken it was watery inside. The pops was over fried in what looks in very old and over used oil. The coleslaw salad was off and the smell could be smelt a distance away. When we called the branch they said we can bring the coleslaw saying nothing about the chicken. I refused because now i must pay for their poor quality???There's a reason why people purchase takeaways. 1. They don't want to cook that day 2. They expect quality because takeaways is not cheap and 3. A decent service! I bought an 8 piece and i expect to at least get double my order and beyond when I go back there on Monday and the quality of product im used to getting there!</p>
