Poor problem solving skills by KFC staff.

The KFC in parktown next to bp garage, I went to a drive thru on my lunch break as I don't have a lot of time, I was told the card machine is faulty and I should come inside, where there was a long que. My thinking was, when I get inside I would be assisted to make my purchase soonest since it was their problem that I couldn't pay at the drive thru window, but I was expected to start the que at the end. I feel like the customer service there is a bit poor, even after I asked to be helped, I got no help. I ended up getting my lunch from the neighboring McDonald's.
