Poor poor service
<p>Today the kids wanted some crushers and because it was month end - we decided to take the drive thru option. Very busy but still less busy than the que on the inside... we stood in the drive thru line for 20 - 30 minutes just to come to the first window to hear - sorry mam - no crushers or ice cream... could they not have put up a sign at the beginning of the drive thru to state that????? So we ordered a 500ml creme soda and a 500ml coke. Just to get to the next window to hear - sorry mam - the coke is hot. I would say that is very poor service - and that for a month end weekend! I would think twice before I go to a KFC again - to be specific - KFC Orkney!!!</p>
