Poor poor service

To Whom it may concern,,, today I decided to by a burger meal and four wings from the gatemax branch, so leave there and drive all the way to work and open the burger box and see that there is no chicken fillet in there... I called the customer center and they got the manage from that branch to call me back... and for all you guys to offer me was a sorry... another burger and a crusher which I don't even buy from you guys... I would under stand if the cheese was forgotten,,, not a chicken fillet,,, isn't that the main thing you guys sell... any way they don't even have a delivery service so to drop of the food... so now I must go all that way to fetch a burger and crusher... thanks but anyway keep it.... really really poor poor service KFC. Hope you guys enjoy the chicken fillet. !!!!
