Poor poor quality of food

I have just come from work, 9.20 stopped at kfc for a meal, ordered a boxmaster and mash and gravy, the mash and gravy was 60% gravy (this is bring kind) probably about 20 % mash and 80% gravy, boxmaster was dry, no garnish or tomato, chicken, hashbrown and lettuce. i ordered twisters as well, was told to wait 20 min for the twisters, politely declined, just wanted a nice meal. Disappointed, food was ****, sub standard and almost raw chips.
