Poor Poor Quality

We were on holiday at Emerald Casino and visited the KFC in the little centre close to Emerald Casino (has a Micca in the centre as well).<br> Order the Family treat 8 piece and clearly stated to the lady that we donot want wings with the meal and if one of the mash and gravy could be little gravy and more mash.<br> We get the order and take away to the resort.<br> Low and behold, there are 2 wings, the chicken tasted like it was made last week and besides was oily as hell.<br> The request for the extra mash, less gravy was never done and the coleslaw smelled like it was going off.<br> <br> It was a really horrible experience and such a waste of my R144 - we ended up eating at the hotel and bearing the additional costs<br> <br> KFC - you have lost your touch, I must say, if ever I am in this area, I will never use this KFC!!!
