POOR POOR POOR KFC SERVICE

I purchased 4 meals from KFC Kaalfontein and they literally took an hour to get it ready on top of an extra 30 minutes o give me my drinks. The lady who was assisting me could not communicate in English which made it really frustrating. I could tell there was an issue with the drinks but the assistant said there wasn't. I ordered 4 cokes and she offered me Fanta orange after i had been asking what the issue was for overb15 minutes then she offered me 2 buddy bottles even though I was expecting 4 drinks. Another lady then gave us 4 cokes that were hot and flat and about 2 minutes later she gave us 2 buddy bottles without explaining what the issue was. I then sent an email to the their customer service and to my disbelief got even worse treatment. The customer care agents kept hanging up on me and even said the lady Busi who was assisting me less than a minute ago was now on lunch. The service in store was so poor and customer care even worse. I am baffled at the treatment I received from KFC. POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.
