Poor online service

KFC Kwanobuhle online service to order is very poor. Today was my 4th time receiving poor service and its the second time within this week. Earlier this week I even phoned the branch and spoke with one of the managers that promised the service will improve to my surprise today it has not.

I normally order on the app and for some odd reason it makes no difference with this particular branch, I still have to wait to get my order. Today 2 people that ordered while I was in the branch received their orders prior to me and I had placed and paid my order an hour ago on the app.

The service is pathetic, no explanation, no apology none whatsoever.
