Poor online service

Bad experience i want my refund. Since November 2022 im still waiting for my refund . I placed another order on 27th February at kfc Pavillion and my order had items missing. Kfc needs to understand that i do not want a voucher. I want my money back for both occasions. The first order was never delivered and that was in November. If kfc is failing to manage their online system then online services should stop cause really you guys are just pathetic. I want my money
