Poor online delivery service

I have been ordering online for some time with a few issues but recently being twice I have ordered and paid online then get an sms saying my order has been delivered when I have not received it. I call the store and apparently the driver says they called me but this is a lie they don't call when they deliver I just get an sms and go out that being on occasions where I have actually received my order. I am not sure if the drivers are an issue but I can confirm this service is poor we buy food online because it's convenient and we are hungry.

I am also not happy that we had to compromise we had to make the meal has to come with an egg but they had no eggs and had to add something different when they redelivered
