Poor management

30min await in a drive through when we declined to wait that long for chicken to be fried!!!! The management failed to sort out the traffic in the drive through and as a result we were stuck with two frustrated and hungry children. The management could have handled the situation better... so frustrating. We called the store from the drive through and they promised to sort it out! Much to our dismay, we waited close to 30mins for sweet nothing!!!
