Poor management at KFC Bluedowns

Its twice now that I have been to KFC Bluedowns and I am told there is no icecream but there are no signs up. First time I waisted my time in the drive thru only to be told that there is no icecream. Tonight I decided to go inside, no signs up informing us (kfc customers) that there is no icecream. Are we really meaningless to kfc? I am really not happy with this and hope this review will get something done. And anyway why is it taking so long to fix the icecream machine? I mean we buy from kfc every day?
