Poor management

KFC in Rondebosch on Kromboom Road seems to be the most Poorly managed KFC i ever Encountered.

1. Few weeks ago, Ordered on uber eats from that store. after waiting for 1 hour, the driver messages to cancel the delivery advising the KFC messed up the order, They gave to to another driver. LOL While i received a Refund, the issues did not stop there

2. Went to them last week and ordered a sweet chilli twister with 2 clicks of EXTRA sweet chilli sauce on the side. Wont the drive through lady tell me they done sell it like that. LOL I did not order, I left but before i did i asked for manager and That arrogant **** tells me i know nothing about their Process and her staff knows they cannot sell the sauce on the side.

i proceeded to tell her All other KFC's i went to Sell to me like that. As it makes no difference if its on the Twister or on the side due to both instances, i paid for it.

So i left there and went to the KFC in Turfall road. and what do you know They Charged me the R16 for my 2 clicks on the side.

yesterday i went to KFC in Klipfontein road drive through, and what do you know. The Changed me R16 for my 2 clicks of sauce on the side.

Happy to report that i will never be supporting that Rondebosch BRanch again.
