poor management

The staff of the above branch is extremely unprofessional. I have had a bad experience twice in 1 month and on both occasions I have brought the mishaps to the attention of the management and I doubt whether the issues where dealt with.Staff will have there own conversations with one another whether there is 1 client or the queue goes out by the door,they just couldnt care less.When they eventually decide to serve you and \check"your order one still finds that they never packed half of the order"
