Poor management

I have ordered a KFC ZINGER burger on 5 seperate occasions from KFC Montclair via Mr D. Every single time I order in the section which asks for exclusions/allergies I indicate NO GARNISH ie Lettice and Tomatoe only Sauce and everytime I receive my burger layered in Lettuce and tomatoe. I have called the store everytime and manager says it is not their problem. So whose problem is it as Mr D does not place the order
