Poor management

Appalling service from KFC Eastland. I arrived at the shop at 19:20 and was told their closed because of the 8pm curfew. To my surprise they noted 8pm as a trading hour to close shop. The explanation from the guy at the door was they have to clean and be on their way by 8 as per the presidents speech. It's sad that one has to shout to get service.
