Poor Management

KFC in Strand is probably the worst run KFC I've been too, I have already complained numerous times and yet nothing is done, there are posts in community groups about this branch often.<br> <br> I went there again yesterday, there was one cashier working inside, with a key of around 10 people waiting to be served. Then the one cashier had to go help in the kitchen because they were not getting anything out.<br> The drive through is a joke with average waiting times of at least 20 minutes for a order. We waited around 15mins for 1 twister and a crunch burger. What appeared to be the manager was walking around on her phone texting. While we where standing there one of the people started mopping the floor, 2mins later she was packing coleslaw in the fridge. <br> <br> This shop has extremely poor management , and has been complained about many many times, as a brand you should do something about it.<br> <br> I do not expect a call for an apologee, I would like to see change and you do something about it, It is sad how the brand is damaged by this stores no care attitude.
