Poor KFC Service (Willows) - Bloemfontein

I just had a bad experience KFC. I ordered from KFC willows in Bloemfontein on the KFC app to the University of the Free state and the driver says they don't have access to the university, which is fine. I then propose that they go and do an access card which take less than a minute at a visitor's gate and the gate and they plain right refused. I have had situations where the driver could not access the campus and they simply just go to get access. it is lunch time, and I am hungry. The driver gets to the university only to tell me that they won't enter the university. Why accept the order in the first place? They chose to go back with the order, so I'm on lunch and I have not eaten. I ask for a refund, and I'm told I will get it in 14 days. Why does KFC take my money from my account having not delivered the food to me as yet. Other food outlets and food delivery platforms always wait before the food gets to you before taking money from your account. Also why does the driver accept an order to the university knowing they don't have access. This is unacceptable. I can't wait 14 days for food I did not even eat. I told them I can't wait 14 days for a refund and they still processed it that way either way. Order 111156
