Poor inventory management and dependability

Please help me understand why you have the option of a salad on your menu when the ingredients are never available to complete an order. What is more shocking is that staff are not aware until they physically go and check.. What are your managers doing if not ensuring that there is adequate stock? And this is a regular occurrence? Very poor inventory management which is what most people expect from KFC
