Poor hygiene and service.

KFC Worcester Mountain mill mall. Most pathetic service and hygiene! On Sunday 2023.06.04 I bought 3 plain ice-cream cones at the drive thru. Firstly there was nobody at the pay point, secondly the woman was very rude. Thirdly she did not use gloves of any kind and the cones had no piece of paper on it. She handled the cones with her bare hands. Finally I found a piece of rubber in my ice-cream!! This branch should beef up on their service or close down for the health of their costumers!
