Poor Hygiene and No Stock

Two of my friends and I went to the Kingsway KFC for a mid morning meal. We tried ordering Crunch burgers, but were advised that there was no stock and had to order another meal, we then changed our orders and continued as per normal. Then we were asked whether we want soda fountain cool drinks or the 500ml bottles, we requested the soda fountain, as it is far cheaper than the 500ml bottles, but were then also advised that they were out of stock, now the question I pose is, why not advise us of this before? Nevertheless, we continued with the order. While waiting for our meals to be prepared, we noticed that not one of the staff members were wearing gloves while working with our food, now I am not health professional, but surely this is standard procedure? We were put back by this and completely put off our meals. To top it all off when leaving the store and asking for straws we were once again told that there is not stock, this is something I cannot understand? This is something that should be provided with each meal, how can it be out of stock? I am highly put off and this branch will never see my business again and whether the KFC chain ever will is a questionable point.
