Poor food service

I ordered 3 x streetwise pap on Friday 13 Feb from KFC dainfern via Uber eats and I received what I didn't order. On top of that I received stale dry non tasty chicken. I sent an email to KFC to formally complain about this. The response I got is shocking. I'm told how they apologize and they can't further engage. Why should I eat food that comes like it's donated to me when I paid for it? KFC please refund me. And stop talking to people like we're being fed by your feeding scheme I paid for the good
