Poor food service

I bought street wise 3 on 27/03/2019 and it gave me a stomach problems within 30 minutes,I called customer service and about the situation and they told me they will get back to me within 48-72hrs.but nothing happened and even now I still have stomach cramps,so can you please assist me with the situation.
