Poor food quality

Worse experience ever from a upmarket franchise KFC coastlands down in umhlanga so basically I went to order a meal when restaurants open for drive through and delivery during lockdown it was a weekday I took my pregnant fiance for meal as it was her craving she ordered a twister meal I I ordered a zinger burger meal then we waited 30 minutes for the meal and the place was not even busy they said wait 10 minutes but made us wait 30 minutes, when meals have arrived I had to rush off to work only to realise when I open the meals as we about to eat the twister was so dry and blan no even sauce the burger was also dry and blan no sause letice or tomatoe I asked for zinger sauce and got 1 drop only of mayonaise so sad and dry I could not go back as it was off my route
