Poor food Quality

On Saturday (01/08/2015) I was travelling with my wife so on the way I stop-ed in at one of Newcastle KFC Drive Thur, and ordered something to snack on,on the road. So we head out and when we got on the open road we started at our food. I noticed that the buns on the product was toasted and normally it is not I know since I often eat KFC. After taking a bite I realised why it was toasted , it was stale old buns. It had a bitter taste and grainy texture . I discarded it and spat out the bit in my mouth. I was appalled at the quality and the fact that thy would serve that to customers. Really poor standers, is it your standard policie to toast stale bread to try and make it taste better<br>
