Poor food and service quality - New Doritos burger

I would like to lay a formal complaint about KFC van der Hoff weg in Pretoria. I was there last night to get some food around 20:00. When I approached the counter I was informed that I could only pay cash because their system was off line and the speed point was not working. Ok so I decided to walk across the street to the only ATM close by which is a standard bank ATM and I am with FNB (incurred unnecessary bank charges) I then returned with enough cash and asked for two Doritos burgers and the new box it meal. I was told that they don't have two of the side orders which I wanted (Mojito crusher and coleslaw) So I decided to change the order to three Doritos burgers and four sticky wings. I got my order and drove home. When I got home my daughter opened her burger and asked me if the burger should only have doritos on it and no patty, so I answered no it should have a patty. Two of the doritos burgers didn't have patties on them and the other one had a crispy strip on it (I have taken photos to prove it) There was nothing wrong with the sticky wings.I also took photos to show you that the cashiers were not working nor were the speed points, thus I cannot provide you with a slip
