Poor food and service

2nd week in a row. Same mistakes. Mash and gravy with only mash and 1 tables**** of gravy. Zinger wings with only drumettes. After stating that I only had drumettes the week before. Terrible service. Long long lines at drive thru. Had to park my car and go inside yo order. Not the kfc standard. Very disappointing. Didn't complain the 1st week, but this 2nd week in a row is unacceptable
