Poor ethics

There’s a drive in KFC in Blueroute that shows opening hours are 6:30 AM they are closed and this is not the first time there are people inside and there is no sign as to why they are closed . Have complained about this KFC before seems like my complaints are going unanswered do people self manage there or what’s happening?
