Poor delivery time

We ordered kfc from the moreleta park brand and uber eats took 2 hours to deliver. When we spoke the the driver there was a back log of about 30 drivers in the que for delivery for deliveries. Our food arrived cold and sloppy.

We have a child who we had to make another plan for as the food was late.
