Poor delivery service from kfc ice cold food

I ordered kfc at 17:10 they say 45 to 60 minutes after about 90 minutes I call them to say I haven't received my kfc yet they put me on hold till my airtime got finished.then the guy arrives at 19:04 I took it and when I opened the packet the kfc was ice cold!!! Im raging mad. I cant eat stiff chips I paid R235 for absolute trash !!! Something needs to be done
