Poor delivery service from kfc

Today I placed an order with KFC delivery at half past 11 they said it will take 30 to 40 minutes, I waited for one and a half hour and still nothing so I called the call centre twice before I finally got tired and called again to canceled cause I was tired of waiting. They finally delivered my order at 2pm. KFC delivery is a waste of time!
