Poor delivery service

So dissapointed in their delivery service. Only a fews months back I wrote a positive review regarding quick service and fresh warm food. We placed an order on KFC App at 6pm at 8pm we received a messsage stating We are unable to deliver, we contacted rhe delivery provider and ceelphone goes to voicemail. We contacted KFC customer care and they said they will contact us back. After no call back, we contacted them again. They advise thet we are being refunded and the funds will only be in our account in 7 days!!! Dont trust the delivery anymore.
