Poor custumer service at KFC Blue Hills

I went to KFC Blue Hills & I ordered a kiddie’s meal- cheese burger, All-star meal & street wise remix. I paid cash, at collection I was told that I need to wait 25 -30 Min to receive the street wise remix & I cancelled the order for remix & requested a refund. Our receipt was requested back & we were given our cash back. As we were driving home, I noticed that I was not given my drink & they gave me a snack burger instead of a crunch burger. I checked my daughter’s meal, I noticed hers was fine. I drove back to enquire, and I was given a very bad attitude, I was told that maybe they forgot to give me the drink because they were busy with the refund and I was asked if I was sure I did not receive the drink or maybe my burger was swapped with my daughter. They peeked in the car as if they wanted to check for the drink. I felt disrespected, felt like they make me a *****. No one apologised, nothing they just exchanged & gave me a drink. No apologies at all instead they made me feel like I am producing the story.
