Poor customer services (Staff is very disrespectful)

I felt very disreputected and ill treated today by KFC Gardens (Cape Town) staff today. According to google the shop is supposed to close at 8PM but we got there before 8 PM only to find out that they are closed and only serving customers that were inside. The lady at the door was literally closing the door seeing me coming and told me that they close the shop at 19:45, I told her to call the manager and she told us that the manager says there's nothing she can do, the shop is closed. We stood outside with other customers were also coming and trying to get her attention, she didn't even look at us or atleast come to us and explain. She kept on murmuring and instructed the lady at the door to not open for us.
