Poor customer service. The shop is very untidy, very dirty.

KFC Rondebosch mainroad staff members don't have a mature and respectful manner of speaking with customers. Their orders are always delaying and I've noticed numerous times that they usually get agitated when they are handing out orders. I usually there atleast 3times a week, and they have a tendency of prioritising Delivery orders leaving customers waiting for a while.

This KFC is poorly managed, it's often very dirty. The Counter has dirt stains and it's wet most of the time.

If one had to go there today( Rainy day), they wouldn't know whether they have entered a ***sty or what. This shop is flooded with water, on the side of collections just Infront of the counter. Also the counter is wet And no staff member seems to be bothered by that unappetizing dirty shop.

This makes me doubt if the food in this store is prepared in a safe and healthy manner.
