Poor customer service. Stinking attitude from the so called supervisor.

Such bad service I keep on receiving at your outlet in Sky City. 2 weeks back I bought food via the drive through, when I got home the 3 mini loaves were missing from the order. Today I just got back from there, I ordered via the self service, only to be told that there’s no pap on collection, why can’t they note it on the self service machine that they don’t have pap instead of forcing customers to take chips instead of pap?? I’m really annoyed. I obviously requested to cancel the order because pap and chips can never compare, the supervisor gave me a stinking attitude as she was refunding, how I wish she could’ve used that same attitude to learn about customer service.
