Poor customer service received from KFC staff

We went to kfc Arbour Crossing on Sat 12th Oct at 12.30 pm with our 2 grandkids. Waited over 20 minutes only to see our food been lying on the counter. We were eating in so assumed our food would be served tò us. Food was cold and attitude of staff wad worse. The cashier served the juices not the coke. When asked for the coke..then took it out but was not coke zero per order. Simply no s****s no salt no serviettes no sauce. I did not pack it was the answer. Just a dont care attitude from everyone. Never again KFC.
