Poor Customer Service KFC online Benoni

Bought a meal and paid for it online. I received a confirmation that the order was ready for collection at KFC BENONI ,2 Voortrekker St, Benoni, 1500. Upon collection, the teller (Doran) said the order is not there as it does not appear on the system. While I was showing her the confirmation, she rudely ignored me while calling to assist the next customers. Had to call customer service and a gentleman came in to assist confirming that the order is there and ready for collection. May KFC please assist their staff with improved communication with customers to improve customer service.
