Poor customer service KFC

Poor customer experience at Trinity Village, Randpark Ridge drive through on 15/12/2020. Customers expected to pick up coke bottles ordered off the tarmac as staff member kept dropping them. Order delayed so I was told to park in front of a gate near incoming traffic. Poor presentation of nuggets and dipping sauce. Customer care phone line cut me off twice. Customer care email option does not work. All round very poor service. Focus seems not to be on the customer.
