Poor customer service in Karenpark

On 14/07/2020,Poor customer service at KFC Karen Park, the staff they more like the same. They will let you in the shop, sell to you and they tell you we are busy cooking the meat,. When you ask how long is it going to take one of the staff there's just responded... I didn't check

They give preference to Mr D, while we in the shop. I don't use the drive through anymore, the tell you don't move, for what? Nobody explain while cars pile up on the main road. They should be trained better, courtesy.. We all go through a lot everyday and when we leave work we expect a break. They need to retrain staff or let them work shifts.
