Poor customer service

IN08070T*** SA*** I was served by 9 Busisiwe I ordered at 20:32, at 20:36 my order was ready. The "customer" who "called" so they say came in his order was 206 mine was 204, i was ignored while my order was ready and everything stopped just to prepare for the "customer number 206" order.

I felt undermined just because of the "customer's title", We all buy At kfc with the same money but we are treated differently, i am not happy with the service as I am also working with clients and I know the importance of client service.

I told the cashier how that made me feel and she told me I must call next time, I do not mind calling but my problem is my food was ready before their special customer came but i have to wait for them to serve him! Thats a totally disrespecting me as a customer.
