Poor customer service 👎🏽

I’ve never been disappointed like this, kFC in east rand mall 😩😩 what a poor service, who sells staff that’s being cooked and we had to wait for 10 minutes at that we are not told what’s happening, staff just stand there chit chatting 🤷🏾♀️and we here surprised why we waiting, customer service very bad I mean if I knew we had to wait I would have left because I almost peed myself waiting mxm I’m never going there again 😭😭
