Poor Customer Service

Raisethorpe KFC gave me horrible service. I ordered x3 soft twirls and one plain ice cream in a cup. I waited more than 30 minutes and eventually paid. When I received my order the ice cream was melted in such a way that you wouldn’t eat it. I asked for my refund but the lady who served me insisted I take my order and up until I showed my frustration. They called the manager who poorly handled the situation by not even offering an apology for the inconvenience.

I am disappointed with the customer service and I am aware that when it’s extremely hot, your ice cream machines don’t work efficiently. If this was explained I would have understood.
