Poor customer service

I’m so disappointed with the service from KFC Fort gale Mthatha (EC) and KFC head office. I’ve placed two orders in this KFC both of my orders didn’t arrive order no(****gy*** and ***) this happened on the 08/01/2021 but still I don’t have my refund.Imaging how embarrassed I was on people I was placing an order for. This level of service is not acceptable I know I’m nothing too you’ll please just give my money.

I phoned the store several times on luck and I phoned head office still no luck I just need my money back please Cas 610859-L0V5H3. I really don’t understand why refund taking so long. So now I understand why KFC store’s got poor customer service.

It’s starting from the top head office and Management. No case can take this long if KFC cares about their customers
