Poor Customer Service

I’m terribly disappointed with the service received with my online order.

I had placed an order online and the monies were deducted from my account.

However, the KFC system was giving me an error but I got a notification stating that there will be an email with my order number.

I had not received the order number and it made it very difficult for me to track my order.

Upon calling the store and the customer care line, no one could help me as I had no record of my order.

This was by far the worst experince ever and to have not received any feedback from anyone at the call centre shows that our complaints are not taken seriously.
