Poor customer service

On the 26 January 2024 I bought 10 pieces family treat at Hammerskraal kfc drive through. One piece was missing. Called customer care few times then kfc Hammerskraal send me a msg to say “ KFC Meal Replacement issued to Tebogo Lekubu Use your Case Number CAS *** D0W2G7 at KFC KUDUBE HAMMANSKRAAL to redeem your 1x Streetwise 2 Chips”. Then I called them and sent an email to tell them that should I drive to Hammaskraal from Johannesburg to collect one piece, who’s going to pay for my fuel? To this date the is no response.
