Poor customer service

KFC GATEMAX UMHLANGA What a horrible service I received with them. firstly I ordered on their app via VODAPAY at 10:30 hoping when I collect my ordered at 11:30 it will be ready by then. Only to find out the order was not done at all. had to wait another 15 mins for my order. Nondumiso was the cashier no apology or anything from her. i took my order and went back to the office but guess what my order was incomplete. i called them and spoke to Ntethe at 11:30 requesting the remaining order she promised me the driver is on his way. i waited till 15:00 no sign of a driver, again I called and spoke to Ntethe she told me she will send the driver mind you I'm supposed to leave work at 15:30. I spoke to Wilfred Chiruka the store manager and still no assistance non so ever. What a bad and poor customer service, this is not how you treat people specially customers. I'm so so disappointed at KFC GateMAX UMhlanga.
