Poor customer service

Bad service and attitude from a cashier at the drive thru, KFC Checkers Centre in Kroonstad. He couldn’t give us a chance to place an order, everytime my husband speaks, he interrupted him till I said he must keep quiet and I’ll order, he did the same with me. No chance to finish my order, with a stinking attitude. I ended up going inside the store as I was fuming, took down his name, and the supervisor’s name but I didn’t let them to say anything as I was already gatvol because of the attitude we got at the drive thru.

I’m a regular customer of that place, never had such experience before, it can be peak hours, I order without no rush, worse yesterday it was empty so I don’t know what was the rush all about.

I’m very disappointed at their service, that was disgusting 🤮

My first purchase of 2025 was the worst, if that’s how that cashier is behaving or going to behave there, they definitely going to lose customers!
