Poor customer service

Good day I went to KFC protea Glen mall I had to wait to wait for 30 minutes while waiting to buy as we where waiting the was a lady behind me she was caring a baby also waiting to buy .we just saw a lady coming to the till without joining the que she just came n not even ask ask to buy first .we started complaining nothing was said then one lady buy the name of Marcia She sad to us we can't sing to her then I asked to speak to the manager she then sad she is the one .an without even apologizing she told us that the lady works at the mall so she doesn't q bt as customers we re not asked or not even a paper or notice was displaced .she further left us like that what kind of service is that
